{"id":3354,"date":"2026-05-10T12:12:07","date_gmt":"2026-05-10T12:12:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lintasinvestigasi.net\/?p=3354"},"modified":"2026-05-10T12:12:07","modified_gmt":"2026-05-10T12:12:07","slug":"instruksi-kejati-sumbar-masuk-peti-es-kejari-pessel-senin-27-april-2026-1234-wib","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lintasinvestigasi.net\/?p=3354","title":{"rendered":"Instruksi Kejati Sumbar Masuk Peti Es Kejari Pessel Senin, 27 April 2026 &#8211; 12:34 WIB"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>PAINAN, PESISIR SELATAN &#8211;<\/strong><\/span> Penanganan laporan Masyarakat dan awak Media terkait dugaan tindak pidana yang melibatkan Wali Nagari Mandeh bernama Mushendri, kini menjadi sorotan publik (Painan, 27\/04\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Muncul dugaan adanya unsur kesengajaan dari pihak Kejaksaan Negeri (Pesisir Selatan (Kejari Pessel) untuk peti eskan kasus tersebut tanpa mau menindaklanjuti instruksi Kajati Sumbar yang tegas dan kooperatif.<\/p>\n<p>Berdasarkan dokumen resmi Kejati Sumbar tertanggal 23 Juni 2025, Asisten Tindak Pidana Khusus (Aspidsus) atas nama Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi Sumbar telah melayangkan surat kepada Kepala Kejari Pesisir Selatan (Kajari Pessel). Surat tersebut bersifat \u201cSegera\u201d dan berisi perintah untuk menindaklanjuti pengaduan masyarakat dan wartawan Genta Online terkait dugaan tindak pidana yang dilakukan Mushendri.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam surat tersebut, Kejati Sumbar secara inplisit nyata terarah dan tegas meminta Kejari Pessel agar hasil tindak lanjut dilaporkan paling lambat 14 hari kerja setelah surat diterima (6-7 July 2025 harus ada balasannya) Namun, hingga saat ini 27 April 2026, belum ada menunjukan perkembangan yang berarti baik proses hukum maupun pemeriksaan yang berjalan sebagaimana mestinya.<\/p>\n<p>Kembali mencuat dugaan \u201cUpeti\u201d Walinagari kepada Kejari Pessel agar tercipta kondisi pembiaran atau keterlambatan atau keengganan Kejari Pesisir Selatan dalam menjalankan instruksi Kajati Sumbar. Hal ini jelas memicu spekulasi liar di tengah masyarakat. Muncul tudingan serius mengenai adanya dugaan aliran \u201cUPETI\u201d atau gratifikasi yang masuk ke oknum Kejari Pessel, sehingga kasus ini seolah jalan di tempat atau sengaja dipetieskan.<\/p>\n<p>Sebagai informasi, Mushendri selaku Wali Nagari Mandeh dilaporkan atas serangkaian dugaan pelanggaran hukum, di antaranya:<\/p>\n<p>1. Perusakan Lingkungan: Dugaan pembabatan hutan mangrove di kawasan wisata Mandeh yang merupakan wilayah konservasi.<\/p>\n<p>2. Penyalahgunaan Anggaran: Dugaan penyelewengan Anggaran Dana Desa (ADD) tahun 2025, dana BUMNag tahun 2018, serta dana pertanian tahun 2023 senilai kurang lebih Rp. 82 juta.<\/p>\n<p>Desakan transparansi Aliansi Masyarakat yang peduli terhadap integritas penegakan hukum di Pesisir Selatan semakin memanas,mereka mendesak agar Kajati Sumbar Muhabuddin SH.MH untuk melakukan pengawasan ketat terhadap kinerja Kejari di daerah Pesisir Selatan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cInstruksi sudah jelas tertulis dengan sifat segera dan tenggat waktu 14 hari. Jika tidak diproses, patut diduga ada sesuatu di balik meja. Saya meminta Jamwas (Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Pengawasan) untuk langsung turun tangan mengecek integritas oknum di Kejari Pessel,\u201d ujar Fahmi salah satu perwakilan masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p>Hingga berita ini diturunkan, pihak Kejaksaan Negeri Pesisir Selatan belum memberikan keterangan resmi terkait alasan keterlambatan proses instruksi dari Kejati Sumbar tersebut, &#8220;sumber Gentaonline&#8221;
