{"id":3325,"date":"2026-04-25T07:26:41","date_gmt":"2026-04-25T07:26:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lintasinvestigasi.net\/?p=3325"},"modified":"2026-04-25T07:26:41","modified_gmt":"2026-04-25T07:26:41","slug":"kawal-sidang-notaris-j-pk-sbsi-92-penegakan-hukum","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lintasinvestigasi.net\/?p=3325","title":{"rendered":"Kawal Sidang Notaris J, PK SBSI \u201992 Penegakan Hukum"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Jakarta &#8211;<\/strong> <\/span>Upaya Notaris J lepas dari status tersangka lewat jalur praperadilan kandas.<\/p>\n<p>Pengadilan Negeri Dumai resmi menolak seluruh gugatan pemohon dalam sidang putusan, saat menghadiri Kongres SBSI 92, dibilangan hotel Jakarta Pusat, Sabtu (25\/02\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Menanggapi itu, Ketua Serikat Buruh Sejahtera Independen &#8217;92 (SBSI \u201992) Koperasi TKBM Pelabuhan Dumai, Berlin Gultom, menegaskan putusan tersebut membuktikan penetapan tersangka oleh aparat penegak hukum sudah sesuai prosedur.<\/p>\n<p>Putusan ini menegaskan bahwa penetapan tersangka dilakukan secara sah, profesional, dan berdasarkan alat bukti yang cukup.<\/p>\n<p>Ini sekaligus mematahkan opini-opini yang selama ini mencoba menggiring persepsi publik,\u201d kata Berlin.<\/p>\n<p>Berlin menyebut seluruh dalil yang diajukan pemohon rontok di persidangan.<\/p>\n<p>Faktanya jelas. Dalil pemohon tidak bisa buktikan ada pelanggaran prosedur. Hakim sudah menilai objektif, hasilnya semua permohonan ditolak,\u201d tegasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Ia juga meluruskan soal kehadiran puluhan buruh SBSI \u201992 Koperasi TKBM Pelabuhan Dumai yang mengawal jalannya sidang.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Berlin, itu murni dukungan moral, bukan bentuk intervensi.<\/p>\n<p>Kami hadir untuk mengawal moral agar proses hukum berjalan jujur dan terbuka. Ini komitmen kami memperjuangkan keadilan,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Di akhir, Berlin mengajak semua pihak menghormati putusan hakim.<\/p>\n<p>Ia meminta agar tidak ada lagi pihak yang membangun narasi menyesatkan di ruang publik.<\/p>\n<p>Hormati putusan pengadilan.
