Aksi demo ini dimulai dari titik kumpul di halaman Masjid Agung Darussalihin pada Kamis, 2 April 2026, pukul 11.00 WIB.<\/p>\n<p>Aksi tersebut menyoroti berbagai ketimpangan dan keterlambatan dalam penanganan pasca-bencana yang sudah berlangsung lima bulan sejak 26 November 2025. Masalah yang diangkat mencakup penanganan darurat, distribusi logistik, penyediaan hunian sementara, serta kekacauan data yang menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam penyaluran bantuan kepada korban banjir.<\/p>\n<p>Masri, salah satu orator dalam aksi tersebut, mengungkapkan bahwa unjuk rasa ini merupakan rangkaian aksi sebelumnya yang menyuarakan kekecewaan, tuntutan hak-hak korban, dan upaya perjuangan demi keadilan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSebagian besar masyarakat yang hadir adalah korban banjir yang hak-haknya terabaikan akibat carut-marutnya penanganan pasca-bencana di Aceh Timur,\u201d ungkap Masri.<\/p>\n<p>Masri yang juga Ketua Aliansi Pers Kawal Rehab Rekon Pasca Banjir Aceh, juga menyoroti masalah serius terkait data penerima Jaminan Hidup (Jadup), yang dinilai mengandung permainan dan diskriminasi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBanyak data penerima Jadup yang janggal dan tidak tepat sasaran. Contohnya, di Kecamatan Pante Bidari, Desa Seuneubok Saboh, yang merupakan daerah terdampak parah, tidak satu pun korban tercatat sebagai penerima Jadup. Sementara itu, di Desa Pante Rambong, 450 Kepala Keluarga (KK) lebih tercatat sebagai penerima Jadup, di Desa Meunasah Tunong, yang menurut laporan warga menjadi penerima Jadup adalah keluarga mantan keuchik dan anggota Polri yang tidak terdampak,\u201d ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Lebih lanjut, menurut Masri, di Kecamatan Madat, Gampong Lueng Sa dari 600 KK yang diajukan, hanya 17 KK yang tercatat sebagai penerima Jadup. Data dari Gampong Blang Awe mencatat satu KK, Gampong Bintah satu KK, dan Gampong Pante Merbo tidak ada penerima sama sekali. Situasi ini menunjukkan ketidakadilan dan kesenjangan sosial yang mencolok.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYang tercatat sebagai penerima Jadup adalah keluarga perangkat desa, sementara korban yang benar-benar terdampak parah tidak mendapatkan hak mereka. Hal ini menciptakan ketidakadilan dan kesenjangan di masyarakat,\u201d tegas Masri.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Masri, Kasus ini hampir terjadi di semua Gampong yang terdampak, &#8220;inilah yang menyebabkan korban banjir merasa hak-haknya hilang dan terabaikan, harusnya bupati harus jujur dan mengakui kesalahan dan kelemahan dalam pendataan, bukan terus mencari pembenaran dan membebani masyarakat untuk mengajukan data, padahal pendataan telah dilakukan beberapa tahap, termasuk sanggahan, akan tetapi data yang disanggah tidak berubah di BNBA, ini bisa kita uji petik,&#8221; cetus Masri.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, Bupati Aceh Timur, Iskandar Usman Farlaky, dalam penjelasannya kepada para pengunjuk rasa, terkesan menghindar dan beralasan bahwa semua data korban diajukan oleh Pemerintah Daerah melalui BNPB.<\/p>\n<p>Berdasarkan pengakuan Bupati, terdapat 25 ribu data korban banjir, yang terdiri dari rumah rusak berat, sedang, dan ringan. Pihak Kemensos RI pada tahap pertama menyalurkan bantuan kepada 7.600 KK yang memenuhi syarat untuk menerima Jadup.<\/p>\n<p>Iskandar Farlaky menjelaskan bahwa data penerima Jadup tahap pertama telah melalui proses verifikasi dan sinkronisasi oleh BPS, untuk memastikan keakuratan data kependudukan.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>( Muhazir
