{"id":3211,"date":"2026-03-27T02:19:10","date_gmt":"2026-03-27T02:19:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lintasinvestigasi.net\/?p=3211"},"modified":"2026-03-27T02:24:05","modified_gmt":"2026-03-27T02:24:05","slug":"ketua-rhi-riau-besuk-oknum-wartawan-imbau-penyelesaian-secara-restoratif-justice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lintasinvestigasi.net\/?p=3211","title":{"rendered":"Ketua RHI Riau Besuk Oknum Wartawan Imbau Penyelesaian Secara Restoratif Justice"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>DUMAI &#8211;<\/strong><\/span> Ketua Rumah Hukum Indonesia (RHI) Paralegal dan Instan Pers DPD Riau, Ali Amran Piliang, melakukan kunjungan ke Polsek Bukit Raya, Kamis (26\/3\/2026), untuk membesuk seorang oknum wartawan berinisial ED yang tengah menghadapi persoalan hukum.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Ali Amran Piliang CPLA,\u201dmengimbau semua pihak yang terlibat dalam konflik agar menahan diri dan mengedepankan penyelesaian secara damai melalui pendekatan restorative justice (RJ).<\/p>\n<p>Ia juga meminta rekan-rekan insan pers untuk tidak memperkeruh suasana serta tetap menjaga profesionalisme dalam menyikapi persoalan tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSemua pihak diharapkan bisa menahan diri dan mencari solusi terbaik melalui restorative justice. Jangan sampai persoalan ini semakin melebar,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Lebih lanjut, Ali Amran menyampaikan bahwa ED telah mengakui kesalahannya dan secara terbuka menyampaikan permohonan maaf atas perbuatannya.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, ia juga memberikan apresiasi kepada Kapolsek Bukit Raya Kompol David beserta jajaran atas penanganan perkara yang dinilai humanis dan mengedepankan pendekatan persuasif.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cApresiasi kepada Kapolsek Bukit Raya yang telah menangani persoalan ini dengan baik dan mengedepankan langkah-langkah humanis,\u201d tutupnya.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>( Pim.
