[ HALSEL ] –<\/strong><\/span> Bertempat di Aula Rapat Polres Halmahera Selatan, digelar rapat lintas sektor terkait antisipasi dan penanganan kecelakaan laut (laka laut) menjelang arus mudik Lebaran. Kegiatan ini dihadiri Wakapolres Halsel Kompol Iksan Prananto, S.I.K., M.H., Kepala Kantor UPP Kelas II Babang Idham A. Basir beserta jajaran, perwakilan BPTD, PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry, Basarnas, para Kapolsek P. Bacan dan Bacan Timur, serta agen-agen kapal di wilayah Halmahera Selatan. Senin, (02\/03\/26).<\/p>\n

Dalam paparannya, Kepala UPP Kelas II Babang menjelaskan bahwa kecelakaan laut umumnya disebabkan oleh faktor manusia (human error), faktor teknis, faktor lingkungan, serta faktor organisasi atau manajemen. Ia menekankan pentingnya langkah pencegahan terpadu oleh seluruh pemangku kepentingan, terutama menjelang lonjakan penumpang saat mudik.<\/p>\n

Selain itu, pengawasan terhadap kapasitas kapal menjadi perhatian utama. Potensi kelebihan muatan penumpang dinilai dapat meningkatkan risiko kecelakaan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sterilisasi area pelabuhan serta penguatan pengawasan agar operasional kapal tetap sesuai aturan yang berlaku.<\/p>\n

Menanggapi hal tersebut, Wakapolres Halsel Kompol Iksan Prananto menyampaikan bahwa faktor kelalaian dan pembiaran harus menjadi perhatian bersama. Ia menyoroti masih adanya kebiasaan yang dibiarkan, seperti orang yang tidak berkepentingan masuk ke area pelabuhan maupun pedagang yang naik ke atas kapal, yang berpotensi membahayakan keselamatan.<\/p>\n

Wakapolres juga menekankan pentingnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk menggunakan tiket resmi saat melakukan perjalanan laut. Selain sebagai bentuk ketertiban, tiket penumpang sangat penting dalam proses pendataan serta memudahkan penanganan dan klaim santunan melalui Jasa Raharja apabila terjadi musibah.<\/p>\n

Rapat lintas sektor ini menghasilkan komitmen bersama seluruh pihak untuk meningkatkan koordinasi dan pengawasan demi keselamatan masyarakat. Diharapkan, dengan sinergi yang kuat, arus mudik Lebaran di wilayah Halmahera Selatan dapat berjalan aman, tertib, dan lancar tanpa adanya kecelakaan laut.<\/p>\n
