Dumai \u2013<\/strong> <\/span>Rumah Tahanan Negara (Rutan) Kelas IIB Dumai kembali menegaskan komitmennya dalam mewujudkan lingkungan pemasyarakatan yang aman, tertib, serta bersih dari handphone, pungutan liar, dan narkoba (Zero Halinar) melalui pelaksanaan razia kamar hunian warga binaan, Rabu (11\/2).<\/p>\n

Kegiatan razia dilaksanakan secara menyeluruh dengan melibatkan Aparat Penegak Hukum (APH). Petugas melakukan penyisiran di seluruh kamar hunian warga binaan guna memastikan tidak adanya barang-barang terlarang di dalam area Rutan.<\/p>\n

Dalam pelaksanaan razia tersebut, petugas menemukan sejumlah barang terlarang yang tidak semestinya berada di dalam kamar hunian. Seluruh barang hasil temuan kemudian langsung dimusnahkan di tempat sesuai dengan ketentuan dan prosedur yang berlaku.<\/p>\n

Kepala Rutan Dumai, Enang Iskandi, menegaskan bahwa komitmen Zero Halinar bukan sekadar slogan, melainkan bentuk tanggung jawab institusi dalam menjaga integritas dan kepercayaan masyarakat.<\/p>\n

\u201cKami berkomitmen penuh untuk memberantas peredaran handphone ilegal, pungutan liar, dan narkoba di dalam Rutan. Tidak ada toleransi terhadap pelanggaran. Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari deteksi dini gangguan keamanan dan ketertiban, sekaligus memastikan proses pembinaan berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai aturan,\u201d ujar Enang.<\/p>\n

Kepala Kesatuan Pengamanan Rutan (KPR) Dumai, Akhmad Faiq Maulana, menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan razia ini merupakan langkah konkret Rutan Dumai dalam mendukung penuh program Zero Halinar.<\/p>\n

\u201cRazia ini akan terus kami laksanakan secara berkelanjutan dan berkesinambungan. Tujuannya jelas, untuk menciptakan lingkungan Rutan Dumai yang aman, tertib, dan bebas dari halinar,\u201d tegas Faiq.<\/p>\n
